Job Description
A Category Manager responsible for driving growth and market share across retail partners by analyzing data, developing strategies, and supporting the expansion of Blueland's sustainable cleaning products in various retail outlets.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and lead retail insights analytics responsibilities.
- Partner with sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams to develop strategies.
- Analyze data to generate insights for growing shelf presence and market share.
- Drive category growth through data-backed consumer-centric recommendations.
Requirements
- Experience in data analysis and turning data into insights to develop strategies for retail growth and market share expansion.
- Ability to develop strategies to grow shelf presence and market share within the natural cleaning category.
- Experience in partnering closely with sales, product marketing, brand marketing, finance, and operations teams.
- Proven track record of driving overall category growth through data-backed consumer-centric recommendations.
- Demonstrated ability to lead retail insights analytics responsibilities.
- Experience working with key retail partners such as Target, Costco, Whole Foods Market, HEB, and Kroger.
- Ability to develop and implement strategies to increase brand presence and market share across multiple retail channels.
- Strong understanding of the natural cleaning category and retail landscape.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, data analysis, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail category management, sales analytics, or a similar role.
- Salary expectations within the range of $110,000 to $135,000 per year.
- Full-time employment status.
