Job Description
The Bezos Earth Fund is seeking an experienced full cycle recruiter to lead end-to-end hiring across all functions, focusing on building a diverse, high-performing organization aligned with its mission to address climate change. The role involves talent sourcing, candidate management, and strategic planning to support organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders to understand organizational hiring needs and long-term talent strategy
- Build and maintain talent pipelines through relationships with subject matter experts
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for all roles, including senior and technical positions
- Develop sourcing strategies using outreach, networks, research, and job postings
- Conduct competency-based assessments aligned with leadership principles and skills
- Guide candidates through the hiring process from initial contact to onboarding
- Maintain accurate applicant tracking data and produce hiring dashboards
- Drive process improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency and equity
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 7 years of full cycle recruiting experience, including some experience hiring senior talent.
- Experience in recruiting across multiple disciplines, such as subject matter experts, operations, and technology.
- Strong sourcing skills and experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms including Greenhouse applicant tracking system, and other recruiting tools.
- Ability to influence and advise leaders on talent pools and profiles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with structured interviewing and assessment frameworks.
- Experience building or scaling recruiting programs at a growing company.
- Knowledge of employment law and hiring compliance best practices.
Benefits & Perks
Salary Range: 150,000 - 185,000 USD
