Job Description
The Outdoor Customer Service Representative assists customers and vendors in a landscape supply yard by loading materials, providing product education, operating equipment, and managing inventory in a fast-paced, physical environment, with a focus on service excellence and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers and vendors in the Landscape Supply Yard with loading materials
- Educate customers on products and services
- Operate equipment related to yard activities
- Manage inventory within the yard
- Perform physical tasks in a fast-paced environment with professionalism and care
Requirements
- Ability to help customers and vendors in the Landscape Supply Yard with professionalism and care, including loading materials, educating customers on products and services, operating equipment, or managing inventory.
- Physical ability to perform work that is physically demanding and fast-paced.
- Dependability and alertness to perform job duties effectively.
- Willingness to serve with excellence and take pride in doing things the right way.
- Ability to work well with others as part of a team.
- Ability to report directly to the Lead Outdoor CSR and work closely with a crew committed to doing great work and helping others succeed.
