Job Description
The Paint Center CSR is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to contractors and retail customers by accurately processing orders, offering product recommendations, and supporting paint and coating needs to ensure a smooth and professional experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to contractors and retail customers.
- Fulfill paint product orders accurately and on time.
- Assist customers with product recommendations, tinting, and color matching.
- Support contractors in selecting appropriate coatings for various surfaces and conditions.
- Process high-volume orders efficiently while maintaining personalized service.
- Communicate clearly with jobsite crews and customers.
- Ensure a professional and friendly in-store experience.
Requirements
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service to contractors and retail customers at Bee Green s Paint Center.
- Experience in fulfilling orders accurately and on time.
- Knowledgeable support on paint products, coatings, and application methods.
- Experience working closely with contractors to ensure they get the products they need to keep their projects moving, including custom tinting and precise color matching.
- Ability to assist in selecting the right coatings for different surfaces and jobsite conditions.
- Experience supporting retail customers with product recommendations, tinting, and order pick-up.
- Ability to balance high-volume order processing with personalized service.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly communicate with jobsite crews.
- Ability to take ownership of the in-store experience.
- Accuracy and speed in processing orders.
- Product knowledge related to paint, coatings, and application methods.
- Ability to work under the supervision of the Paint Center Manager.
