A customer service role in a landscape supply store, responsible for assisting customers in person, over the phone, and via email, while providing product information and ensuring a positive shopping experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

Requirements
- Ability to assist customers in person, over the phone, and through email in a busy landscape supply store environment
- Strong communication skills to clearly convey information about landscaping materials to customers
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in customer interactions and transactions
- Ability to learn about landscaping materials, including soil, rock, mulch, hardscape installation, and irrigation supplies
- Demonstrated dependability and a service-oriented attitude
- Professionalism in customer interactions
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced retail environment
- Organizational skills and adaptability to support daily operations
