Job Description
A Customer Service Representative at the Paint Center who provides exceptional service to contractors and retail customers by processing orders accurately, offering product recommendations, and supporting paint and coating needs to ensure smooth project progress and a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to contractors and retail customers
- Process orders accurately and efficiently to ensure timely fulfillment
- Assist customers with product recommendations, tinting, and color matching
- Support contractors in selecting appropriate coatings for various surfaces and conditions
- Communicate clearly with jobsite crews and customers
- Manage high-volume order processing while maintaining personalized service
- Take ownership of the in-store customer experience
Requirements
- The candidate must have the ability to deliver exceptional customer service to contractors and retail customers at Bee Green s Paint Center.
- The candidate must be capable of fulfilling orders accurately and on time.
- The candidate must have knowledgeable support skills on paint products, coatings, and application methods.
- The candidate must work closely with contractors to ensure they receive the products they need to keep their projects moving, including custom tinting and precise color matching.
- The candidate must assist in helping customers select the right coatings for different surfaces and jobsite conditions.
- The candidate must support retail customers with product recommendations, tinting, and order pick-up.
- The candidate must be able to balance high-volume order processing with personalized service.
- The candidate must communicate clearly with jobsite crews.
- The candidate must take ownership of the in-store experience.
- The candidate must demonstrate accuracy, speed, and product knowledge in their work.
- The candidate must have the ability to work under the supervision of the Paint Center Manager.
