Job Description
This role involves providing excellent customer service at the checkout counter of a busy landscape supply yard, handling transactions, answering customer questions, and ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming, professional, and efficient checkout experience for customers
- Answer customer questions and assist with transactions
- Ensure each customer feels taken care of during their visit
Requirements
- Ability to serve as the first and last point of contact in a busy Landscape Supply Yard, creating a welcoming, professional, and efficient checkout experience.
- Ability to answer customer questions accurately and professionally.
- Ability to process transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Attention to detail and a positive attitude required for a fast-paced, high-energy role.
- Ability to work closely with Yard and Customer Service teams under the supervision of the Head Customer Service Representative.
