Job Description

The role involves managing and optimizing Aurora's learning management system (Workday LEARN), translating complex learning data into insights for leadership, and ensuring seamless integration and adoption of talent development tools within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and configure the Workday LEARN system as the primary administrator.
  • Build and optimize learning dashboards and reports using tools like Mode, Holistics, or Crunchr.
  • Oversee the technical suite supporting Talent Development, ensuring seamless integrations and user experience.
  • Translate learning concepts and business problems into structured technical solutions.
  • Streamline administrative processes to remove blockers and improve system efficiency.
  • Design and implement change management strategies to promote adoption of new learning tools and updates.

Requirements

  • Proven Workday LEARN Expertise with a minimum of 3 years of direct experience administrating the Workday LEARN product.
  • Analytical Rigor with proven ability to synthesize complex data into clear narratives and experience with dashboarding tools such as Mode, Holistics, or Crunchr, or the ability to learn them quickly.
  • High Agency Accountability demonstrating the ability to track, prioritize, and drive projects without needing to be reminded.
  • Excellent Communication skills to discuss system architecture with IT and strategy with senior People leaders with equal ease.
  • Continuous Improvement Mindset with a focus on improving system efficiency while delivering on current programs.
  • Agility and Urgency to thrive in a high-growth environment, deliver with a bias for action, pivot quickly as business needs evolve, and push projects across the finish line on tight timelines without sacrificing quality.

Benefits & Perks

Base salary range: $83,000 - $120,500 per year
