Job Description
The Software Engineer will support high-volume data labeling operations and develop ML Ops solutions to improve data quality and coverage for autonomous driving technology, collaborating across teams to deliver mission-critical projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Support high volume data labeling operations through production services
- Develop data models and interfaces for autonomy data consumers
- Apply production best practices to ensure platform reliability
- Develop features for new labeling applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive projects from inception to delivery
- Implement ML Ops best practices to improve data coverage and quality
Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree in Computer Science or a related field. For non-CS majors or Bachelor's candidates, strong software experience is required.
- At least 4 years of experience in industry.
- Expertise with production backend services.
- Experience with Cloud computing, Kubernetes, and DevOps practices.
- Proficiency in C and Python programming languages.
- Ability to apply production best practices to ensure platform reliability.
- Ability to develop features for new labeling applications.
- Experience collaborating across teams and functions including product, program, operations, and data science to drive projects from inception to delivery.
- Experience applying ML Ops best practices to design processes for improving data coverage and quality.
Benefits & Perks
Compensation/salary range: 126,000 - 201,000 per year
Annual bonus
Equity compensation
Hybrid work environment with in-office presence at least 3 days per week
