Job Description
The Client Solutions Manager at RES is responsible for marketing and securing ecological restoration, water quality, and resilience projects in the Southeast region, serving as the primary liaison with clients and partners to drive business development and deliver environmental solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Market integrated delivery projects to prospects and clients in mitigation, water quality, and resilience
- Identify and pursue business opportunities through relationship-building and strategic planning
- Manage external relationships and lead proposal development and deal structuring
- Track permitting timelines and manage project components to ensure timely delivery
- Represent RES at conferences, industry forums, and client meetings to promote solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to pursue and win environmental restoration projects
- Present financial summaries and communicate deal health to clients
- Travel regionally to visit project sites, meet with regulators and clients, and attend industry events
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree in Environmental Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in a related industry, dealing with complex solutions with a multi-year sales cycle and multiple stakeholders
- Experience assessing and managing project timelines, identifying risks, and aligning teams to meet deliverables
- Experience interpreting financial models and communicating the financial health of deals
- Experience with contracts and key provisions, with legal awareness in deal structuring
