Job Description
The Senior Program Manager, Commercial Growth at Aurora is responsible for facilitating operational expansion and translating commercial opportunities into actionable plans, ensuring the growth and scalability of autonomous vehicle logistics operations through strategic coordination and performance monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate operational expansion plans to support commercial growth
- Serve as the primary operational liaison between Business Development, Operations, Strategy, and Finance
- Plan, execute, and monitor performance of operational programs supporting commercial growth
- Lead readiness efforts for new customers, including operating procedures, lane design, and capacity planning
- Analyze logistics partner needs and constraints to improve service delivery and cost-effectiveness
- Optimize fleet distribution to meet customer demand and support revenue growth
- Identify resource constraints and risks, and drive actions to address gaps
- Monitor commercial KPIs and address program gaps or execution issues impacting profitability and scalability
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or experience in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Economics, Math, Statistics, or Finance.
- At least 5 years of experience in program management or operations strategy.
- Proven track record of multi-functional leadership and excellent stakeholder management to drive rapid, effective execution across the organization.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, collaboration, presentation, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to synthesize complex trade-offs and present data and recommendations for strategic decisions to executive stakeholders.
- Superior attention to detail and strong business acumen.
- Proficiency in advanced modeling skills in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Ownership mentality to drive issues and tasks to completion with a strong bias for action.
Benefits & Perks
Base salary range: $98,000 - $141,000
Annual bonus
