Job Description
The Staff Product Operations Manager will oversee the launch, adoption, and continuous improvement of logistics, network planning, and dispatch capabilities within Aurora's autonomous vehicle technology, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and safe operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and facilitate the launch and adoption of new capabilities and products within logistics, network planning, and dispatch domains
- Oversee feedback channels, support triaging, and analyze performance data to drive continuous improvement
- Partner with customers to develop a capability roadmap aligned with company objectives
- Communicate upcoming launches, opportunities, issues, and decisions to ensure transparency and alignment
- Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance, clarity, and training support
Requirements
- 8 years of experience in a technology-focused role such as Product Management, Product Operations, Business Strategy, Product Commercialization, Technical Program Management, or Sales Strategy and Operations
- BA or BS degree in a related technical subject e.g. Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience in a technical field
- Experience implementing technology within the network planning, logistics technology, and dispatch domain
- Experience working with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, PowerBI, etc.
- Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Experience coordinating and facilitating the launch and adoption of new capabilities and products within the logistics, network planning, and dispatch domain
- Experience overseeing feedback channels, supporting triaging, and analyzing performance data to drive continuous improvement
- Experience partnering with customers to develop a capability roadmap that supports meeting company objectives
- Ability to provide transparency and create alignment through effective communication of upcoming launches, opportunities, issues, and decisions
- Ability to act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance, clarity, and training support
- Experience analyzing data, metrics, and feedback to identify issues, trends, and tooling improvements to make informed decisions
