Job Description
The Recruiter Talent Acquisition Specialist at Atwell, LLC is responsible for sourcing, engaging, and hiring candidates across the Southeast region, primarily in the AEC industry, through various channels, while maintaining a strong candidate pipeline and representing the company at events and outreach activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and present qualified candidates for open positions in the Southeast Region
- Conduct phone screens, interviews, and reference checks to ensure a positive candidate experience
- Achieve recruitment metrics while managing multiple requisitions
- Maintain accurate applicant records and documentation within the applicant tracking system
- Update job postings on the corporate website and industry job boards
- Design and manage candidate correspondence, including emails and offer communications
- Travel extensively within Florida to support recruiting, office engagement, and business development
- Represent the company at career fairs, industry events, and community outreach activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 1 to 2 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience required
- Prior experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry required
- Familiarity with employment practices and recruiting compliance
- Ability and willingness to travel locally and nationally as required
- Experience sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates for open positions
- Experience conducting phone screens, interviews, and reference checks, ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Ability to achieve weekly and monthly recruitment metrics while managing multiple requisitions
- Experience maintaining accurate applicant records and documentation within the applicant tracking system
- Ability to document interviews, candidate evaluations, and job offers in compliance with company practices
- Experience maintaining and updating job postings on the corporate website and relevant industry job boards
- Ability to design and manage candidate correspondence, including emails and offer-related communications
- Strong in-office presence and ability to serve as a highly visible representative of the organization
- Willingness to travel extensively throughout the state of Florida to support recruiting efforts, office engagement, marketing initiatives, and business development activities
- Ability to attend and represent the company at career fairs, industry events, and community outreach activities, including local and national events
