Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the production team to draft, review, and finalize site plans and construction documents

Requirements

- Experience in collaborating closely with the production team to draft, review, and finalize preliminary and final site plans and construction documents.
- Ability to analyze project survey data, including legal descriptions, ALTA surveys, easement documents, and condo documents, to assess existing site conditions.
- Experience in preparing a wide range of reports, opinions, and recommendations such as hydrology hydraulic studies, project schedules, and storm sewer reports.
- Providing construction-related services including permit applications and quantity estimates, and supporting junior team members in these tasks.
- Leadership experience in guiding and assisting junior staff to ensure project tasks are executed accurately and efficiently.
- Technical expertise in engineering principles relevant to civil site development projects.
