Job Description
A Data Scientist supporting the U.S. Central Command, responsible for developing AI and machine learning capabilities to enhance logistics decision-making and operational planning, with a focus on national security and global stability.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI and machine learning capabilities within the Joint Logistics Common Operating Picture (JLOGCOP).
- Leverage multiple data feeds to enhance decision-making and planning for USCENTCOM missions.
- Support the delivery of data insights and technology solutions to improve logistics and operational effectiveness.
Requirements
- Possess a high level of skill as a Data Scientist with experience supporting mission-critical projects.
- Experience in accelerating the delivery of AI-enabled capabilities within a logistics or defense context.
- Ability to work on a custom build of AI and ML capabilities integrated into the Joint Logistics Common Operating Picture (JLOGCOP).
- Experience leveraging dozens of data feeds to enhance decision-making and accelerate planning for military or government missions.
- Demonstrated ability to support the United States Central Command (USCENTCOM) or similar military command in logistics or operational planning.
- Strong understanding of data analysis, AI, and machine learning techniques applicable to logistics and national security missions.
- Ability to contribute to projects that directly impact national security, international cooperation, crisis response, and resilience building.
- Willingness to work in a high-impact role supporting national security and global stability initiatives.
