Job Description
The position involves working on site civil engineering and land development projects, managing projects from design to construction, and ensuring successful project execution while maintaining client relationships and supporting company growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Work on site civil engineering and land development projects.
- Design potable water and wastewater distribution systems, surface water management systems, site grading, and roadway design.
- Manage projects from entitlements through to construction, ensuring successful execution.
- Process permitting and entitlements across various governmental agencies.
- Utilize local experience to streamline permitting processes and implement complex permitting strategies.
- Participate in company marketing efforts and foster client and governmental agency relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an EAC ABET Accredited University
- PE Licensure
- Demonstrate technical excellence in engineering principles and practices
- Possess expertise in designing potable water and wastewater distribution systems, surface water management systems, site grading, roadway design, and related land development projects
- Experience in managing projects from entitlements through to construction, ensuring successful project execution
- Ability to manage and coordinate various aspects of project development
- Efficiently process multiple permitting entitlements across various governmental agencies
- Utilize local experience to streamline the permitting process
- Implement complex permitting strategies to meet project schedules for large-scale developments and commercial infills
- Actively participate in company marketing efforts to enhance the company's profile and foster relationships with clients and governmental agencies
- Deliver high-quality projects and ensure client satisfaction to contribute to company growth
- Relevant work experience in Washington is preferred
