Job Description
The Global Distribution Manager for EMI Filters, Transformers, and Power products is responsible for developing and strengthening relationships with distribution partners, driving business growth through sales and marketing initiatives, and managing operational and inventory processes within a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and strengthen relationships with distributors' executives, sales, marketing, and operations teams
- Implement business development and marketing plans to increase revenue with tier-2 partners
- Conduct sales training sessions with distribution and tier-2 partners
- Communicate programs, promotions, and product launches to maximize initiative impact
- Monitor distributor inventory levels and collaborate with product management to address excess inventory
- Work with business units and data analysts to optimize stocking proposals and expand distributor stock breadth
- Process stock rotation requests in collaboration with business units
- Administer the design registration program for design-in partners
- Handle transactional operational issues related to distribution activities
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years of B2B related experience is required.
- Distribution Manager or Director experience within the electronics industry.
- A consistent track record of efficiency and over-performance in sales or partner-management role.
- Travel, up to 20-30% of the time.
Benefits & Perks
Salary Range: 110,000-140,000 USD
