Job Description

A Junior Quality Engineer is responsible for ensuring products and processes meet quality standards through inspections, analysis, troubleshooting, and continuous improvements, supporting manufacturing and design teams to maintain safety, customer satisfaction, and cost-efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct First Article Inspections on internal and externally manufactured products
  • Monitor and analyze quality performance
  • Investigate and troubleshoot product or production issues
  • Develop corrective actions, solutions, and improvements
  • Assist in closing customer-related issues
  • Conduct Quality Management System audits
  • Support DMIR, In-process, and Final Inspection activities
  • Collaborate with Operations and Engineering to develop and implement controls and improvements
  • Analyze customer feedback and implement necessary manufacturing process changes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in quality, industrial, electrical, or mechanical engineering
  • Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings
  • At least 1 year of experience in a technical engineering-based role
  • Knowledge of Quality Assurance practices and Statistical Process Control (SPC)

Benefits & Perks

Salary Range: 70,000-85,000
