Job Description
A Community Relations Intern at Arevon supports the team by creating content, analyzing community impact data, and helping to standardize community engagement practices within the renewable energy industry, gaining experience in storytelling, data visualization, and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Community Relations team by creating content to enhance field operations.
- Audit and analyze data to visualize community impact and develop data-backed narratives.
- Build tools and story decks to communicate project ROI and stakeholder engagement outcomes.
- Update and revise community relations checklists and best practices for unsupported projects.
Requirements
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
- Basic understanding of tools and software, such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Attention to Detail: Demonstrated ability to accurately input, and verify data, ensuring high-quality input for analysis
- Good Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with different teams to support operational goals
- Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize work, and maintain strong organizational skills
- Currently pursuing a degree in communications, marketing, business, political science, or related discipline
- Must be a senior or equivalent to graduate by end of summer 2026 or fall of 2026
- This position will be onsite at Arevon s headquarters in Scottsdale, AZ
- Ability to work up to 30 hours per week
- Demonstrated interest in people and communities, sustainability, and renewable energy
