Job Description
The Senior Manager, RFH Outsourcing at Aprio is responsible for leading client engagements, managing team performance, and maintaining client relationships, while ensuring high-quality service delivery and supporting firm growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary client lead, overseeing engagement delivery and client relationships
- Manage team performance and ensure high-quality service delivery
- Support firm growth initiatives through effective client management and team leadership
- Ensure timely execution of work and effective team collaboration
- Apply strong technical expertise and sound judgment in managing complex client relationships
Requirements
- Serve as the primary client lead, overseeing engagement delivery, team performance, and client relationships while supporting firm growth initiatives.
- Act as the central point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring high-quality service, effective team leadership, and timely execution of work.
- Require strong technical expertise in accounting and related fields.
- Demonstrate sound judgment in managing client relationships and engagement processes.
- Ability to manage complex client relationships independently.
- Possess experience in overseeing engagement delivery and team performance in an accounting or advisory environment.
- Have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in accounting, auditing, or advisory services.
- Hold a CPA license or equivalent professional certification.
- Possess a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Be able to work in a flexible working environment, including remote and hybrid options.
- Be capable of managing multiple client accounts and delivering high-quality service consistently.
