Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with clients to identify and attract top executive talent.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for senior and executive positions.
Develop and implement strategic talent acquisition plans tailored to client needs.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in executive talent acquisition or a related recruiting role, preferably within a CPA or advisory firm environment.
Proven ability to manage and execute full-cycle executive recruitment processes for senior-level positions.
Strong understanding of the talent acquisition landscape, including sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, and interview techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a high level of professionalism and discretion.
Demonstrated success in building relationships with senior executives and understanding their hiring needs.
Experience with developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Knowledge of industry best practices and current trends in executive recruitment.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
