Job Description
A Senior Associate in Transaction Advisory Services at Aprio supports clients in buy-side and sell-side transactions, providing strategic insights and analysis to facilitate mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures across various industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with buy-side and sell-side transactions, providing critical information for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
- Analyze financial data and perform due diligence to support transaction decisions.
- Prepare reports and documentation related to transaction advisory services.
- Collaborate with clients and team members to facilitate transaction processes.
Requirements
- Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in transaction advisory services, including working on buy-side and sell-side transactions, mergers, acquisitions, and divestiture transactions.
- Have a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills and the ability to dive into clients' financial information to extract relevant insights for transaction decisions.
- Have experience working with clients in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, distribution, technology, retail, restaurant and hospitality, healthcare, government contracting, construction, and business services.
- Possess the ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with high-energy, passionate, caring, and ambitious professionals.
- Be able to support clients by providing important information and insights to assist in their decision-making process related to mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
- Be willing to work in a flexible working environment, including remote and hybrid options.
- Be eligible to work full-time in the United States (implied by the context of the firm’s locations and employment policies).
