A Senior Associate in Transaction Advisory Services at Aprio will assist clients with buy-side and sell-side transactions, providing strategic insights and analysis to support mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures across various industries.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients with buy-side and sell-side transactions, providing critical information for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
Analyze financial data and perform due diligence to support transaction decisions.
Contribute to the preparation of transaction-related reports and documentation.
Requirements
Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience working in transaction advisory services, including buy-side and sell-side transactions, mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
Have a bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Demonstrate strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze financial information relevant to transaction decisions.
Have experience working with clients in industries such as manufacturing, distribution, technology, retail, restaurant and hospitality, healthcare, government contracting, construction, or business services.
Possess knowledge of financial due diligence, valuation, and transaction structuring processes.
Be able to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues and clients.
Have the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and effectively to clients and team members.
Be willing to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail.
Be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Possess or be pursuing a CPA certification or equivalent professional credential (preferred but not explicitly required).
