Job Description
The Tax Partner role at Aprio is a leadership position responsible for managing client engagements, driving revenue growth, mentoring talent, and contributing to the firm's strategic direction within the manufacturing and distribution sector.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Experience in leading client engagements within the manufacturing and distribution industry.
- Proven ability to expand market presence and develop new business opportunities in the manufacturing and distribution sector.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and mentoring talent within a professional services or accounting firm.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to contribute to the firm's long-term strategic direction.
- Excellent client service delivery skills, maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism.
- Ability to drive revenue growth and operational effectiveness within a professional services environment.
- Experience working in a leadership role at a CPA firm or a similar professional services organization.
- Deep understanding of tax, consulting, and CPA firm services related to manufacturing and distribution industries.
- Ability to act as a steward of the firm's brand and uphold its reputation in the marketplace.
