Job Description
The Tax Manager role involves working with technology clients to develop and implement tax strategies, including exposure to ASC740 tax provisions and various tax return filings, within a dynamic and growth-oriented CPA and advisory firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with ASC740 tax provisions and related calculations
- Prepare and review tax returns for technology industry clients, including corporate and pass-through entities
- Develop and implement tax strategies to reduce clients' tax liabilities
Requirements
- Exposure to ASC740 tax provisions and related calculations is a must.
- Familiarity with technology industry clients, including those with both corporate and pass-through tax return filings, is required.
