Job Description
The Senior Accounting Associate at Aprio will support clients with accounting and outsourcing services, working within a dynamic team in a fast-growing CPA and advisory firm to ensure client success and foster professional growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with accounting and financial reporting for clients
- Prepare and review financial statements and tax returns
- Support clients with bookkeeping and accounting processes
Requirements
- Possess a CPA Certification or be in the process of obtaining CPA Certification (CPA Certification Assistance and Bonus Program mentioned).
- Have experience working in a professional services environment, specifically in accounting or related fields, with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience (implied by the senior associate level).
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment with high energy, passion, and ambition.
- Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
- Possess strong communication skills to work with clients and team members across diverse languages and cultures.
- Be willing to work in a hybrid setup, with flexibility depending on role and location, adhering to terms and conditions.
- Be able to perform job duties that may include accounting tasks, client interaction, and supporting advisory services as part of the outsourcing team.
- Meet any physical or logistical requirements necessary to perform onsite or hybrid work, including participation in onsite programs if applicable.
