Requirements
Experience recruiting in public accounting or adjacent professional services environments.
Ability to operate as a true talent partner, not just a requisition manager.
Experience in full lifecycle recruiting, including proactive sourcing and advisory partnership.
Ability to work closely with hiring leaders to shape hiring strategies.
Experience bringing market insight to the recruitment process.
Demonstrated ability to attract exceptional talent in a competitive landscape.
