Job Description
The Strategic Marketing Manager at Aprio is responsible for partnering with industry leaders and global brands to develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive measurable growth, supporting the firm's fast-growing advisory and CPA services.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with industry leaders and global brands to develop and deliver marketing campaigns.
- Drive measurable growth through strategic marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience of at least 3 years in strategic marketing, preferably within a CPA, advisory, or professional services firm.
- Experience partnering with industry leaders and global brands to deliver marketing campaigns that drive measurable growth.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
- Strong understanding of marketing metrics and analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to partner effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment that values creativity and innovation.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media, email, and online advertising.
- Understanding of the professional services industry, including CPA and advisory services, is preferred.
- Willingness to work in a flexible working environment, including remote and hybrid options.
