Job Description
The Strategic Marketing Manager at Aprio is responsible for partnering with industry leaders and global brands to develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive measurable growth, supporting the firm's fast-growing advisory and CPA services.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with industry leaders and global brands to develop and deliver marketing campaigns.
- Drive measurable growth through strategic marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with client goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in strategic marketing, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
- Experience partnering with industry leaders and global brands to deliver marketing campaigns that drive measurable growth.
- Ability to develop and implement strategic marketing plans aligned with client objectives.
- Strong understanding of marketing analytics and metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to partner effectively with internal teams and clients.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment that values creativity and innovation.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Experience working within or understanding of CPA firms, advisory services, or professional services industries is preferred.
- Knowledge of current marketing trends, digital marketing strategies, and tools.
- Physical ability to work in an office environment, with flexibility for remote or hybrid work arrangements as offered.
