Job Description
A Senior Tax Associate role focused on providing tax and advisory services to clients within a dynamic, growth-oriented CPA firm, offering opportunities for professional development, collaboration, and innovative contributions in a flexible work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with tax planning and compliance for private clients
- Prepare and review tax returns and related documentation
- Provide tax advisory services to optimize client opportunities
Requirements
- Possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Have experience working in tax preparation, planning, or consulting, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrate proficiency in tax laws and regulations applicable to private clients and fast-growing industries.
- Able to analyze financial data and prepare accurate tax returns and related documentation for clients.
- Possess strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
- Be capable of managing multiple client engagements simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Have a CPA license or be actively pursuing CPA certification (preferred but not explicitly stated as mandatory).
- Be willing to work in a flexible working environment, including remote and hybrid options.
- Be able to work in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
