Job Description
A Senior Sage Intacct Implementation Manager responsible for leading the deployment of Sage Intacct financial management software, working with clients to optimize their accounting processes, and collaborating with a dynamic team within a fast-growing CPA and advisory firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of Sage Intacct for clients.
- Manage project timelines, scope, and deliverables during Sage Intacct deployment.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure successful system integration and adoption.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in implementing Sage Intacct or similar cloud-based financial management software.
- Proven experience managing full-cycle Sage Intacct implementation projects from planning to go-live.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes relevant to Sage Intacct configuration and deployment.
- Ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams including clients, technical staff, and stakeholders during implementation projects.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively gather requirements, present solutions, and provide training to clients.
- Demonstrated ability to develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for Sage Intacct implementations.
- Experience in customizing Sage Intacct modules to meet client-specific needs.
- Knowledge of integration of Sage Intacct with other systems and third-party applications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Physical ability to perform tasks related to project management, including travel to client sites if required.
