Key Responsibilities
Assist with client onboarding processes in accounting and finance.
Prepare and review financial documentation for new clients.
Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth onboarding procedures.
Support the implementation of client accounting systems and processes.
Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards during onboarding.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or related financial roles.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to handle multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
Experience with onboarding new clients and setting up accounting systems.
Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements relevant to client onboarding.
