A Senior Financial Planner at Aprio is responsible for delivering comprehensive financial planning to clients with complex needs, mentoring a team of specialists, and contributing to the growth and strategic direction of the firm's wealth management services.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive financial planning to clients with complex needs
- Manage stand-alone or integrated client engagements
- Mentor and develop a team of Financial Planning Specialists
- Help clients achieve their financial goals through tailored strategies
Requirements
- Deliver comprehensive financial planning to clients with significant complexity, either as a stand-alone engagement or integrated into an existing advisor relationship.
- Mentor and develop a team of Financial Planning Specialists.
- Interested in growing skills as a leader and being process-oriented.
- Committed to helping clients achieve their financial goals.
- Possess the ability to work with clients and team members in a collaborative environment.
- Ability to operate in a fast-growing, dynamic firm environment.
- Willingness to work in a flexible working environment, including remote and hybrid options.
