Job Description
The Senior Director, HR Business Partners is a senior leadership role responsible for developing and executing the strategic direction and operating model of the HR Business Partner function, serving as a key partner to the business to enhance people strategies and drive organizational performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Set the strategic direction, operating model, and long-term evolution of the HR Business Partner function.
- Define and drive a roadmap to transform the HR BP team into a highly strategic, insight-driven partner to the business.
- Serve as an HR Business Partner to a designated population within the organization.
- Shape how people strategy enables business performance across the firm.
- Translate organizational strategy into scalable HR capabilities through others.
Requirements
- Experience in setting strategic direction, operating model, and long-term evolution of HR Business Partner functions.
- Ability to define and drive a roadmap that transforms the HR BP team into a highly strategic, insight-driven partner to the business.
- Experience serving as an HR Business Partner to a designated population within an organization.
- Strong business acumen and systems-level thinking skills.
- Ability to translate strategy into scalable capabilities through others.
- Proven leadership experience in a senior People Culture or HR leadership role.
- Demonstrated ability to shape how people strategy enables business performance across an organization.
