Job Description
A Senior Business Analyst at Aprio will drive digital transformation initiatives by collaborating with agile teams, managing backlogs, facilitating agile processes, and communicating with stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-value projects that support client and organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Data Services agile team to drive end-to-end delivery of projects
- Conduct business analysis to identify and define high-value work
- Manage project backlogs to prioritize tasks effectively
- Facilitate agile processes and ceremonies
- Communicate with stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of project goals and progress
Requirements
- Help drive digital transformation and provide exceptional service to clients and employees.
- Partner with the Data Services agile team to drive end-to-end delivery.
- Flex across business analysis, backlog management, agile facilitation, and stakeholder communication to ensure the highest-value work is clearly defined, prioritized, and delivered.
- Possess the ability to work in a fast-growing, dynamic environment with a focus on strategic foresight for fast-growing industries.
- Demonstrate motivation and a proactive approach to driving projects and initiatives.
- Have experience or skills in business analysis, backlog management, agile facilitation, and stakeholder communication.
- Be able to work with a team to ensure work is clearly defined, prioritized, and delivered according to project needs.
