Requirements
Support 2-3 attorneys by performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, including drafting legal documents, scheduling meetings, and maintaining case files.
Support the legal team with administrative tasks in a full service business law firm environment.
Strong organizational skills to manage legal workflows effectively.
Excellent communication skills to interact with attorneys, clients, and court staff.
Proactive approach to managing legal workflows and tasks.
Ability to work in an in-office setting with regular business hours.
Experience supporting legal professionals or in a legal administrative role (implied by the responsibilities).
