Job Description

The Senior Manager, Organizational Development at Aprio is responsible for enhancing leadership capabilities and team effectiveness through strategic development programs, coaching, and organizational change initiatives, serving as a trusted advisor to firm leaders and fostering high-performing, resilient teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advance the firm's leadership capabilities and team effectiveness through strategic organizational development and executive development strategies.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and teams, shaping organizational culture and high-performing, resilient teams.
  • Design and implement integrated OD and executive development solutions in collaboration with business leaders, Learning & Development team, and People Culture Business Partners.
  • Facilitate, coach, and deliver innovative development programs to enhance leadership and team performance.
  • Address organizational and leadership challenges using strategic thinking, conflict management, and behavioral assessment tools.

Requirements

  • Advanced knowledge of leadership and executive development, organizational change, team dynamics, and behavioral assessment tools.
  • Exceptional facilitation and coaching skills.
  • Outstanding presentation skills and the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal effectiveness.
  • Ability to build trust quickly and navigate a dynamic partnership culture.
  • Strategic thinking and conflict management expertise.
  • Ability to serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and teams across the firm.
  • Experience in designing and implementing integrated organizational development (OD) and executive development solutions.
  • Experience in working closely with business leaders, Learning & Development teams, and People Culture Business Partners.
  • Experience addressing organizational and leadership challenges.
  • Ability to support enterprise change initiatives, including M&A activity.
  • Flexibility and ability to work as an individual contributor in a fast-paced environment.
  • Occasional travel as required.
