Job Description
The Senior Audit Associate Caseware Technologist is responsible for overseeing the assurance conversion process for mergers, acquisitions, and new client onboarding, including creating Caseware binders and financial statements, and collaborating with various teams to ensure timely completion of onboarding activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the assurance conversion process for mergers, acquisitions, and new client onboarding.
- Create Caseware binders and Caseview financial statements.
- Coordinate with newly acquired firms, the Philippines conversion team, and firm leadership.
- Ensure timely completion of conversion onboarding activities.
- Release completed conversion binders and financial statement documents to engagement teams.
Requirements
- Oversee the assurance conversion process for mergers, acquisitions, and new client onboarding, specifically the creation of Caseware binders and Caseview financial statements.
- Work closely with newly acquired firms, the Philippines conversion team, and firm leadership to ensure conversion onboarding activities are completed in a timely manner.
- Ensure that completed conversion binders and financial statement documents are released to the engagement teams in a timely manner.
- Have experience working with Caseware software, specifically in creating and managing Caseware binders and Caseview financial statements.
- Possess the ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with multiple teams including international teams and firm leadership.
- Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in audit, assurance, or related accounting roles, with specific experience in audit software and client onboarding processes.
- Have a strong understanding of financial statement preparation and assurance conversion processes.
- Possess relevant educational background, such as a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy in preparing and reviewing financial documents and conversion binders.
