Job Description
A Senior Associate in Aerospace, Defense, and Government Services, M&A and Strategy at Aprio will support management consulting and advisory services focused on helping private equity and strategic clients make profitable investments in the defense, aerospace, and national security markets. The role involves working in a fast-paced environment with opportunities for client engagement, strategic analysis, and professional growth within a collaborative team culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist private equity and strategic clients in making profitable investments in aerospace, defense, and national security markets.
- Provide management consulting and merger and acquisition advisory services within the aerospace, defense, and government services sectors.
- Analyze market trends, financial data, and strategic opportunities to support client decision-making.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and advisors to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
- Engage with C-suite clients to understand their strategic needs and provide expert guidance.
Requirements
- A professional with an entrepreneurial mindset who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Open to early exposure to C-suite clients.
- Interest in the aerospace, defense, and national security markets.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a small and tight-knit team with backgrounds in management consulting, government services, corporate strategy, marketing, and venture capital.
- Willingness to contribute to a growing advisory practice focused on helping Private Equity and strategic clients make profitable investments in defense, aerospace, and national security markets.
