Job Description
A Senior SAP Supply Chain and Procurement Specialist responsible for supporting and optimizing SAP S/4HANA procurement modules, leading requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and user training, while ensuring system stability and process improvements in industries like energy, aerospace, and utilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support for SAP S/4HANA Procurement, Ariba, and related modules
- Lead requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and go-live for Ariba modules
- Conduct workshops with procurement stakeholders to identify process improvements
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure minimal disruption to business operations
- Maintain and validate master data such as vendor and material records
- Support testing and validation for system upgrades, patches, and new functionalities
- Create user training materials and documentation for processes and best practices
- Facilitate integration error resolution between Ariba, VIM, and other systems
Requirements
- Support SAP S 4HANA Procurement, MRP, Inventory Management, and related modules with day-to-day operational support.
- Lead requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and go-live activities for Ariba modules.
- Conduct workshops with procurement business stakeholders to identify process improvements and enhancements.
- Collaborate with offshore delivery teams and stakeholders, providing technical and functional oversight.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP S 4HANA Procurement, Ariba, VIM, and integration errors, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Maintain and validate master data, including vendor and material records.
- Support testing and validation for upgrades, patches, and new functionalities.
- Conduct user training and create documentation for processes and best practices.
- Assist with compliance and audit requirements related to procurement processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of experience supporting SAP S 4HANA Procurement, MRP, and Inventory Management.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong customer-facing and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Salary Range: 135,000 - 170,000 USD
