Job Description
The Senior Accounting Associate in the eCommerce segment is responsible for serving as the primary client contact, ensuring timely delivery of accounting services, and providing high-level, proactive support to help clients maximize their opportunities within a fast-growing CPA and advisory firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on a day-to-day basis
- Ensure all deliverables outlined in the Master Service Agreements (MSAs) are met
- Provide hands-on, high-level service to clients through proactive communication and interaction
Requirements
- Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Have a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrate proficiency in accounting principles and practices relevant to client services.
- Be highly client-facing, proactive, and able to spend the majority of time focused on client interaction to provide a hands-on white glove level of service.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients on a day-to-day basis and ensure that all deliverables outlined in the Master Service Agreements (MSAs) are met.
- Possess strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Be able to work in a flexible working environment, including remote and hybrid options.
- Be able to meet physical demands associated with the role, such as sitting for extended periods and using standard office equipment (implied by the office-based nature of the role).
