Job Description
The Onboarding Accounting Associate will support the onboarding process for clients within a dynamic CPA and advisory firm, assisting with accounting and financial services to help clients maximize their opportunities and grow their businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with onboarding new clients and setting up their accounts
- Support the preparation and review of financial documents and records
- Coordinate with team members to ensure accurate and timely client onboarding processes
Requirements
- Must be willing to work as an Onboarding Accounting Associate within a fast-growing CPA and advisory firm.
- Must have the ability to work in a collaborative environment with a high-energy, passionate, caring, and ambitious team of professionals.
- Must demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow professionally in an environment that fosters continuous learning and advancement.
- Must be able to work in a flexible working environment, including remote and hybrid options.
