Job Description

The Manager, Information Assurance Services, leads client delivery and relationship management across various compliance and security practice areas, ensuring high-quality service, managing staffing, and supporting the growth and development of the IAS practice within a fast-growing CPA and advisory firm.

Key Responsibilities

Lead client delivery relationships across practice areas including SOC 1, SOC 2, HITRUST, PCI-DSS, and ISO 27001
Ensure high-quality delivery for client engagements
Manage client relationships and staffing for client projects
Help grow the Information Assurance Services (IAS) practice
Assist in recruiting and hiring talent for the IAS practice
Lead and develop team members to support the practice's growth
Manage project timelines and deliverables through strong project management skills

Requirements

Help lead client delivery relationships across various practice areas including SOC 1, SOC 2, HITRUST, PCI-DSS, and ISO 27001.
Ensure high quality delivery for client engagements.
Manage client relationships effectively.
Manage client staffing and delivery of services.
Assist in growing the Information Assurance Services (IAS) practice.
Assist in recruiting and hiring talent for the IAS practice.
Help lead and develop talent to support the IAS practice’s rapid growth of over 30% per annum.
Possess strong project management skills.
