Job Description
The Manager, Assurance M A Operations leads the planning and execution of integration activities for mergers and acquisitions, ensuring smooth transitions and operational readiness post-deal within a top CPA and advisory firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of pre- and post-close integration activities for Assurance-related M&A deals
- Ensure alignment of integration activities across timelines, technology, training, and operational readiness
- Serve as a key leader in driving execution, mitigating risks, and ensuring seamless transition to ongoing operations
