An Estate Planning Attorney responsible for consulting clients, developing legacy planning solutions, drafting estate planning documents, and managing sensitive family and financial matters with professionalism and empathy within a dynamic, growth-oriented firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial consultations with clients to understand their estate planning needs
- Develop legacy planning solutions tailored to clients' goals
- Draft estate planning documents ranging from basic to advanced
- Navigate sensitive family and financial matters with professionalism and empathy
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
Requirements
- A minimum of five years of experience in estate planning and client-facing legal counsel.
- Hands-on experience conducting initial consultations with clients.
- Experience developing legacy planning solutions.
- Experience drafting estate planning documents ranging from basic to advanced.
- Ability to navigate sensitive family and financial matters with professionalism and empathy.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
