Conduct initial consultations with clients to understand their estate planning needs

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
Requirements
A minimum of five years of experience in estate planning and client-facing legal counsel.
Hands-on experience conducting initial consultations with clients.
Experience developing legacy planning solutions.
Experience drafting estate planning documents ranging from basic to advanced levels.
Ability to navigate sensitive family and financial matters with professionalism and empathy.
Exceptional interpersonal skills necessary to develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
