Job Description
An Estate Planning Attorney responsible for conducting client consultations, developing legacy planning solutions, drafting estate planning documents, and managing sensitive family and financial matters with professionalism and empathy within a dynamic, growth-oriented advisory firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial consultations with clients to understand their estate planning needs
- Develop legacy planning solutions tailored to clients' goals
- Draft estate planning documents ranging from basic to advanced
- Navigate sensitive family and financial matters with professionalism and empathy
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
Requirements
- A minimum of five years of experience in estate planning and client-facing legal counsel.
- Hands-on experience conducting initial consultations with clients.
- Experience developing legacy planning solutions.
- Experience drafting estate planning documents ranging from basic to advanced levels.
- Ability to navigate sensitive family and financial matters with professionalism and empathy.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills necessary to develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
