Deep experience managing busy seasons, utilization pressure, and short-to-mid-term capacity planning in a professional services environment
Experience leading workforce planning and scheduling across Tax and Assurance functions with a strong emphasis on seasonality and deadline-driven demand
Ability to ensure the firm is staffed effectively through peak and off-peak cycles over the next 12 months
Hands-on operational leadership skills in managing staffing and resource allocation
Proven ability to manage capacity planning and resource management in a professional services setting
