Job Description

The Director of People Operations and Technology is a strategic leader responsible for managing HR systems, optimizing HR processes through automation, and supporting scalable growth within a fast-growing CPA and advisory firm. The role involves designing ecosystem processes, ensuring compliance, and partnering with teams to enhance overall HR operations and technology infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Design ecosystem processes, platforms, and compliance to enable HR functions
Own and optimize HR systems, particularly Workday, through process automation and improvements
Guide day-to-day HR operations and system execution
Collaborate with the M&A integration team to connect stakeholders and facilitate scalable growth

Requirements

A strategic leader who speaks both Workday and business operations.
Experience in designing ecosystem processes, platforms, and compliance to enable HR processes.
Ability to guide day-to-day execution of HR operations.
Ownership of HR systems, specifically Workday.
Experience in driving HR Operations process optimization and automation.
Ability to balance tactical delivery with stewardship of HR infrastructure.
Proven track record of delivering business outcomes through HR systems and processes.
Experience working with or as a trusted partner to an M&A integration team, connecting stakeholders, simplifying complexity, and enabling scalable growth.
