Job Description
The Director of M A Integration Communications leads the development and execution of communication strategies related to mergers and acquisitions, ensuring stakeholder engagement and alignment throughout the transaction lifecycle within a fast-growing CPA and advisory firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the vision, strategy, and execution of all communications related to mergers and acquisitions.
- Ensure employees, clients, and stakeholders are informed, engaged, and aligned throughout the transaction lifecycle.
- Supervise the Integration Communications Team and oversee all integration-related messaging and change management communications.
- Manage external positioning related to mergers and acquisitions.
Requirements
- Lead the vision, strategy, and execution of all communications related to Aprio's mergers and acquisitions, ensuring effective messaging throughout the transaction lifecycle from announcement through full integration.
- Supervise the Integration Communications Team and oversee all integration-related messaging, change management communications, and external positioning.
- Ensure that employees, clients, and stakeholders are informed, engaged, and aligned throughout the lifecycle of a transaction.
- Be a member of Aprio’s Global Corporate Communications Team.
