Job Description
The Director of M A Integration Communications leads the strategy and execution of communication efforts related to mergers and acquisitions, ensuring stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the transaction lifecycle while supervising the integration communications team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the vision, strategy, and execution of all communications related to mergers and acquisitions.
- Ensure employees, clients, and stakeholders are informed, engaged, and aligned throughout the transaction lifecycle.
- Supervise the Integration Communications Team and oversee all integration-related messaging and change management communications.
- Manage external positioning related to mergers and acquisitions.
Requirements
- Lead the vision, strategy, and execution of all communications related to Aprio s mergers and acquisitions, ensuring that employees, clients, and stakeholders are informed, engaged, and aligned throughout the lifecycle of a transaction, from announcement through full integration.
- Supervise the Integration Communications Team and oversee all integration-related messaging, change management communications, and external positioning.
- Be a member of Aprio s Global Corporate Communications Team.
